Coinsquare supports deposits of Ethereum (ETH) and our supported ERC-20 tokens made through the Ethereum (ERC-20) network.

If your sending wallet gives you multiple network options to transfer funds, you should always select ERC-20.

Any transfers made using the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network (BEP-2/BEP-20) to a Coinsquare deposit address will not be received into your account, and your funds may be permanently lost.

Additionally, any transfers made on the Polygon (MATIC) network will also not be received into your account, and your funds may be permanently lost.

Please also ensure that you only send supported currencies and tokens. Any unsupported currencies/tokens sent to a Coinsquare deposit address are not recoverable under most circumstances. In some rare cases, assets sent to the wrong address or network may be recovered, but in these cases a fee of $250 or 15% of recovered funds (whichever is greater) will be charged.
