- Interac e-Transfers may take 0-2+ business days to process.
- Third-party transfers will not be accepted. The name on your e-Transfer MUST match the name specified in your Coinsquare account.

1. Sign in to your Coinsquare account at www.coinsquare.com.
2. Click 'Fund' in the top menu bar.
3. Select 'CAD' as your currency from the left side menu.
4. Select 'Interac e-Transfer' as your funding method.
5. Locate the email, message, security question, and security answer provided by Coinsquare.
6. Log into your Canadian financial institution's online banking portal and begin the e-Transfer process, using the information provided in your Coinsquare account. If this is your first e-Transfer to fund your account, you will need to set up Coinsquare as a recipient using the email address provided.
Please use the copy and paste tool to ensure accuracy when entering the e-Transfer information provided by Coinsquare. Failing to enter the correct message and security answer in your transfer may result in a longer wait time or a rejected transaction.
iOS
1. Sign in to your Coinsquare iOS app.
2. Tap on 'Transfer' at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap on the 'Fund' tab.
4. Select Canadian Dollar (CAD) as your currency.
5. Tap on 'Interac E-transfer'.
6. Follow the instructions to send your Interac E-transfer.
Android
1. Sign in to your Coinsquare Android app.
2. Tap on 'Transfer' at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap on the 'Fund' tab.
3. Select Canadian Dollar (CAD) as your currency.
4. Tap on 'Interac E-transfer'.
5. Follow the instructions to send your Interac E-transfer.
