Our Support Team will outline the exact reason why your verification request was not approved in the email they send, so please read it carefully. They will also instruct you on how to rectify the failed component and to resubmit your request so they can take a second look.
Verification requirements and components are quite strict and cannot be circumvented or waived in any way. Coinsquare requires the verification of our clients as a part of our KYC, AML & ATF policies that we are obligated to abide by as a registered MSB in Canada as they are outlined by FINTRAC
