If you have sent your coins to an address they were not meant to be sent to, it is likely that your coins will not be deposited to the receiving address. This does not mean that your coins are forever lost, it just means they did not arrive at their destination, and it will require some work to retrieve them.
The best course of action is to contact our Support team with the following information:
- Date funds were sent
- Amount and currency sent
- Wallet address funds were sent to
- Transaction ID (TXID)
The Coinsquare team takes note of each case brought to our attention where coins are sent to an incorrect address. While we do not have an immediate solution for retrieving these coins, we will be contacting clients once we have more information.
